Every once in a while an interesting thing happens that makes you think, hmmmm.

Last Monday and Tuesday I sat in for Jackie Patru on her shortwave broadcast on WWCR. During both nights, I gave a history on the details of weather modification. Archives of the shows are posted here.

During the broadcast, I blasted "late night talk show hosts" who say that "the weather has changed", but never discuss weather modification technology. The implications of these show hosts, I asserted, was the same as the United Nations and the environmentalist extremists — that humans are destroying the environment with their pollution, their CO2 emissions, etc. The obvious "remedy" that is implied by these people is that human behavior must be curtailed to avoid catastrophic atmospheric changes.

So, imagine my surprise to find that Art Bell is spending his entire show tonight discussing weather modification with Whitley Strieber and Will Thomas. They are talking about cloud seeding, Project Stormfury, and a whole lot of other things that we've been discussing on Sweet Liberty and Amerikan Expose.

It could be a coincidence. But Art has never talked about weather modification on his broadcast before, to my knowledge. And for me to have just made the statement on the air that he never covers it, to have him cover it the following weekend, was an interesting "coincidence", indeed.

But what Art "the-sky-is-falling" Bell failed to talk about on his broadcast is the likely motive behind such operations. Motives such as the seizure of more property by the state, under the auspices of the United Nations.

The United States government signed onto the World Heritage Treaty in the 1970s.

The World Heritage Treaty gives reasons why the United Nations says it should be able to control land in UN member nations. It says in Article 11, Section 4:

"The Committee shall establish, keep up to date and publish, whenever circumstances shall so require, under the title 'List of World Heritage in Danger' a list of the property appearing in the World Heritage for the conservation of which major operations are necessary and for which assistance has been requested under this convention. This list shall contain an estimate of the cost of such operations. The list may include only such property forming part of the cultural and natural heritage as is threatened by serious and specific dangers, such as the threat of disappearance caused by accelerated deterioration, large scale public or private projects or rapid urban or tourist development projects; destruction caused by changes in the use or ownership of the land; major alterations due to unknown causes; abandonment for any reason whatsoever; the outbreak or the threat of an armed conflict; calamities and cataclysms; serious fires, earthquakes, landslides; volcanic eruptions; changes in water level, floods and tidal waves. The Committee may at any time, in case of urgent need, make a new entry in the List of World Heritage in Danger and publicize such entry immediately."

The United States government is implementing the World Heritage Treaty, and other environmental policies which originate from the United Nations.

Weather modification is essential to these plans, as they are able to create the crisis, blame it on human activity, and make the case that humans must quit using their air conditioners, driving their cars, barbecuing their steaks, burning trash, etc.

In keeping with their motto, "Ordo Ab Chao" (Latin meaning, "order from chaos"), they use the Hegelian process of creating the problem, so they can use it to argue for change.

Furthermore, under Agenda 21 — the blueprint for sustainable development — populations of people are to be moved out of rural areas to the large cities. "Natural" disasters are a convenient way to accomplish this agenda, as few would expect that these anomalies were created for such a purpose.

For those who doubt that the scenario outlined above could be true, ask yourself the question: Why does all flood insurance come from the same place? Why is it that you can buy flood insurance from any insurance company, but it all comes from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)? Might FEMA only disburse disaster aid on the condition that individuals relocate to another area?

Furthermore, what purpose would the United Nations have in establishing a Global Fire Monitoring Center, to monitor every in the world, if it isn't to monitor their progress?

Before calling me names such as "kook", or "nutcase", those thinking this sounds like wide-eyed conspiracy theory, need to do their own research. The reality of this plan is easily verifiable, if you're willing to read what the enviro-globalists say.

But don't rely upon Art Bell to spell it out for you. Judging from the masonic pyramids and other occult symbolism that appeared on his site during his full time hosting days, I'd say he is likely the mouthpiece of the New World Order. If he's not, he sure seems to be operating within their dialectic.

The reality is that if global warming is actually taking place — and there are many scientists who still dispute this claim — it is highly likely that man has nothing to do with it, at all.

The greater probability is that changes in the earth's temperature are all a part of a natural cycle of the earth, and they would occur regardless of what human behavior entailed.

That tame likelihood may not make for great radio material for alarmists like Bell, who count on sensationalism to bring in the ratings, but it stands as the greatest explanation for some of the phenomenons we presently experience that are being blamed on human activity.

The rest of the occurrences can be explained by artificial weather manipulation, or modification of the weather by way of artificial means.

To Bell's credit, he has finally introduced his listeners to the concept; better late than never, I say.

But until he connects the activities with its real motives, he'll continue to operate within the framework of thinking, that the controllers intend. He'll keep his listeners trapped into believing that weather manipulation — while it may have unpleasant, unintended consequences — is really being executed for benevolent purposes.

But then, when you're listeners truly believe they are being abducted by aliens, perhaps the concept of governmental benevolence isn't such a difficult one to grasp.

Rats! I was really looking forward to that Thanksgiving turkey this year.

I would really love to know how the individual promoting this notion knows that the deadline is November 1st.

Beware of so-called "patriots" who spend all of their time trying to scare you, very much the same way the Department of Homeland Security does.

Not that we shouldn't be concerned, active and prepared when the time comes. But who does it help to have us constantly living in fear?

I am back from Alabama.

Mom's situation is still very bleak. In fact, the news couldn't be much worse, as I see it.

The surgeon who operated said they removed a lot of the cancer, but it had spread into her diaphragm, to her lymph nodes, and to her lungs.

For my own reasons, I'm not going to state exactly what the surgeon did say, but he didn't leave us with a lot of hope.

We are exploring other alternatives not offered by the hospital. Ultimately, the decision will be hers, of course. But our desire is to make certain that we've exhausted all avenues of possibility.

Some day, I'll write more about this topic; I have a lot to say regarding how the news was delivered about Mom's condition and my perception of the hospital's willingness to give up on their patients too quickly.

However, it would not be appropriate for me to address some things at this delicate stage.

Instead, let me just say thanks to those of you who are praying for her and us. I was in total shock to learn of this situation. And it was made worse by the post-surgery news.

How do you put emotions into words?

The emptiness I already feel inside at the very thought of losing her is as a hot, searing knife, twisting inside my chest. As I contemplate, during melancholy moments of reflection, I cannot imagine continuing to live without her.

Of course, I will; I cannot fail the others who depend upon me.

When I attempt, sometimes successfully, to divert my attention away with other issues and with work, I am still forced to revisit her plight, eventually.

I think about how she must feel, facing what she faces. I wonder about her fear, the dread, her incredulity of the situation. I share all of the above and more.

It feels as though, for the past two weeks, I have been living a nightmare from which I cannot awaken.

Thankfully, I am able to take comfort in knowing that God can and does perform miracles. I believe that He will not let anything happen to her before her work on earth is done — despite what some doctor may say.

I have to trust that God must know that this cold world needs the warm-hearted, giving woman that is my mother, much more than heaven needs to gain another angel.

When He fashioned her in the womb, He knew there would never be another like her — so kind, so tender, so full of love.

Please get well, Mom.

I ask everyone's prayers for my mother.

I found out last week that she has cancer and she is due to go under the knife tomorrow.

I'm going to go and be with her.

It's a serious situation and I covet all your prayers.

I wrote an introduction to a new section on the Amerikan Expose site. The section is called "Hegelian Dialectic".

I thought it would be good to share the introduction here, with the hope to educate those readers who might not be aware of this often-used, but effective tactic to enact change. The following is the introduction.

Why is it important for you to understand the subject of the Hegelian Dialectic? Because it is the process by which all change is being accomplished in society today. More importantly, it is the tool that the globalists are utilizing to manipulate the minds of the average American to accept that change, where ordinarily they would refuse it.

The Hegelian Dialectic is, in short, the critical process by which the ruling elite create a problem, anticipating in advance the reaction that the population will have to the given crisis, and thus conditioning the people that a change is needed. When the population is properly conditioned, the desired agenda of the ruling elite is presented as the solution. The solution isn't intended to solve the problem, but rather to serve as the basis for a new problem or exacerbate the existing one.

When the newly inflamed difficulty reaches the boiling point of a crisis, it becomes the foundation upon which arguments may again be made for change. Hence, the process is repeated, over and over, moving society toward whatever end the planners have in mind.

It's also important to understand that as this process is being driven, arguments are created both for and against certain measures of change. All arguments are controlled. The presented solutions — each with varying levels of unadornment — are "debated" publicly by the manipulators or their minions. This is done until a perceived compromise has been reached on the best measure to take in route to solving the crisis. Then, the outcome of the "debate" — which purportedly weighs the concerns of the public with the mandate to do something — is enacted as public policy.

Such is a summary of the Hegelian Dialectic. Though few in American society have ever heard of it, still fewer have not been profoundly impacted by its use in the effective neutralization of opposition in the formation of public policy.
