The Schindler family dodged the bullet today. Unfortunately, it is only for a day.

The family was awarded a stay until 5 PM on February 23rd.

Following the court proceedings, the family issued a press release, hopeful that Michael Schiavo "will welcome this new opportunity to resolve unanswered questions about Terri’s neurological state before any further action to remove her food and fluids is carried out."

I wouldn't hold my breath, there, Mr. and Mrs. Schindler.

For well over a decade, Michael Schiavo has sought the death of his wife, Terri, in the courts. For over a decade, Terri's family has fought to save her.

Due to diplomatic concerns, the family cannot tell it like it really is. So I will.

Michael Schiavo is scum. He is the kind of scum that scum scrapes from the bottom of its shoe. I cannot imagine anyone dedicating their life to the cause of ensuring their spouse's ends.

Schiavo portrays himself as a loving husband, who just wants to fulfill the wishes of his love.

Well, pardon me while I lose my lunch!

If this maggot was such a wonderful, loving husband, why does he have two chidren by another woman, with whom he now lives, and to whom he is now engaged? I guess he was so loving that he couldn't keep it in his pants.

Why has he denied the wife, whom he claims to love, rehabilitative therapy all of these years, when no less than ten separate doctors who've examined Terri have testified that she can recover with the proper therapy?

After being awarded a huge sum of money by a court for the express purpose of caring for Terri, why has the anti-Christ wanna-be spent most of it on attorneys and court costs seeking Terri's death?

The real question that I have for Michael is What do you have to hide? Why don't you just walk away, and enjoy your new family?

The only reason that would make sense is that he can't. He must be hiding something.

In the admitting summary for an October 2002 court hearing, the ER records were reviewed and it was plainly noted that Terri had a rigid neck. The doctor who reviewed the records testified that the only other patient he had ever treated with that type of injury had been a strangulation victim.

A bone scan was done 53 weeks after Terri's collapse revealing that Terri had fractured ribs, damage to her pelvic area, LI vertebrae, spine, both knees ankles, a broken femur and a broken back. No less than three doctors concluded that Terri had endured trauma of some sort. The radiologist responsible for the scan plainly stated: "This patient has a history of trauma".

What is Michael Schiavo hiding? Why doesn't he just walk away? Is he afraid that if Terri ever recovers, she might testify in court against him? Is he afraid he might be brought up on attempted murder charges?

I'm not making statements; I'm just asking the questions that have to be asked.

The picture below illustrates what appears to me to be an example of "smart growth" in action. Notice the many shops on a horseshoe-shaped road. Below the photo in the newspaper that I scanned in for you, reads the following caption:

The Clarendon Market Commons in Arlington, Va., is one of the new "lifestyle centers" that compete with traditional retail outlets by clustering upscale stores in a pedestrian-friendly setting.

We talk about "sustainable" communities. Could this "retail revolution", of which the article speaks, be the beginning of these communities? Is this the future of living and shopping in America?



I remember reading somewhere that in the sustainable communities, everything that you need will be within a five-mile radius. Therefore, you'll have no need to use an automobile to get from place to place.

This photograph certainly seems to spell that out. Notice the high-rise living quarters in the back of the photo, coupled with various specialty shops for the consumers' perusal.

Is the term "lifestyle center" just another name for a sustainable community?

"Sustainable" communities are the plan of the future for everyone, as the United Nations Agenda 21 is implemented. More and more land is being put off limits for human use. As this happens, there is less and less land to own and use. Accordingly, populations in cities will continue to expand.

The land that doesn't come under U.N. "protection" or isn't designated as "conservation" areas (meaning little or no human use), will be heavily regulated and controlled.

I originally found a lot of articles about these sustainable communities in Britain by doing a news search in Google. Britain appears to be ahead of the U.S. in implementing Agenda 21.

Now, I am starting to see these communities spring up in the U.S. I discovered a prototype being established around the Naples, Florida area. It is called the Bella Via Community.

Upon further research, I discovered that New Jersey has it's own Bureau of Sustainable Communities and Innovative Technologies. They describe the responsibilities of the department:

Created in Spring 2004, the Bureau of Sustainable Communities and Innovative Technologies, among other duties, is responsible for designing and implementing a New Jersey Environmentally Sustainable Communities Program. Development of this program is currently underway. Our partners and clients are those New Jersey municipalities that seek to improve the quality of life for their residents by striving to become sustainable communities.

Improving the quality of residents' lives? Only if you consider having every aspect of your life regulated and controlled as your definition of "quality"!

Remember, Sustainable Development seeks to curb human impact upon the environment. The only way to accomplish this, is to heavily regulate everything that we do.

Sustainable Communities are an outgrowth of Sustainable Development.

Sustainable Development comes from the United Nations, and is being implemented by virtually every agency of the federal government, as well as state and regional governing councils, and various non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

The blueprint for Sustainable Development is Agenda 21, a 40 chapter document that was hammered out at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (also called the Earth Summit), held Rio de Janeiro in June 1992. Agenda 21 contains various policy recommendations for U.N.-member countries (called "states") to implement.

In the U.S., the Department of State has the Office of the Permanent Representative to the United Nations, which consists of a cabinet member who represents the United States at the U.N.

Kim R. Holmes, U.S. Assistant Secretary for International Organization Affairs said in a speech in December 2004,

"We have many international organizations in which to advance our foreign policy. And one of those is the United Nations, which is so prominent in the news today." (Emphasis mine.)

Hence, we have a rare admission that the United Nations' real purpose is to advance the foreign policy of those who control the U.S. government. Put another way, the U.S. is the United Nations.

Just what is the foreign policy of the U.S./U.N.? It is one of world domination and population control, under the guise of environmentalism.

It's obvious that the ruling elite really care nothing about the environment. If they did, they wouldn't be destroying the environment right now in places like Iraq and Afghanistan, where Depleted Uranium weaponry is being utilized.

Population control under the auspices of the U.N. is being implemented, and the tools of environmentalism and "sustainability" is the means by which it is being accomplished.

The severity of the Terri Schiavo case has, once again, come to the forefront.

I have received an e-mail concerning the dire situation and have joined a list of web logs which are committed to raising awareness about Terri's desperate plight.

Terri's family's fight for her life is one with which every American should be concerned. If they can label this woman a vegetable — when, clearly, she is not — then what kind of slippery slope will be created for the rest of us? Will the elderly be next?

I have added the list of web logs (called "blogs") on the right side, beneath the "Freedom News". They will remain there for at least as long as the current crisis continues.

Help support Terri. Do what you can to raise awareness about her plight. You'd want her to do the same for you, wouldn't you?

I am researching the Department of Energy's Clean Cities Program, for possible use on Monday's show.

Among other chapters, this Clean Cities program is designed to implement Chapter 9 of Agenda 21.

In their website, they dedicate a section to implementing "clean cities" along the NAFTA corridors.

Helping to implement the program, is a group called The Partnership. They offer "solutions" to cities to reduce automobile use by promoting Smart Shuttle Transit Systems.

It is important to understand that as the United Nations system moves forward in America, there is a war on the automobile. The automobile is a very personal mode of transportation, and offers Americans the greatest freedom in travel.

Not surprisingly, it is being blamed for "greenhouse gas" pollution, and targeted for curtailment, if not complete elimination.

The globalists at the U.N. and those within our government who are sympathetic to the U.N. agenda, want Americans out of their cars. This is evident in numerous statements that they've made.

For example, on the Missoula Institute for Sustainable Transportation's web page, they state that their vision is "communities around the world with active walking and cycling cultures. Excellent transit systems that run on clean energy. Bicycle station and car share options. Safe and fluid vehicle movement. Networks of greenway corridors that connect people and open space. A global awareness of transportation issues and impacts."

The idea is that personal transportation isn't "sustainable" and will have to be curtailed.

What's wrong with bicycling? Nothing, of course. That is, if it is done by personal choice. Walking, bicycling, skateboarding, rollerblading, etc., are all good ideas — if they are the result of personal choices.

However, these individuals wish to eliminate personal choices and ultimately mandate the drastic reduction of transportation choice, under the pretense of environmentalism and reducing GHG emissions into the atmosphere.

Also from the Missoula Institute's page, under the heading of "strategies to meet our objectives", they say one of their strategies is to "participate in community planning efforts".

What kind of community planning will be undertaken?

Will it be a sustainable community of the future, as is being mapped out in Naples, Florida right now? The Bella Via Community intends to ban automobiles from entering. They will have a small group of community-owned cars that may be rented, but no one will be allowed to own one, or drive it home.

I hope the reader is starting to see the importance of this issue.

Under the false pretense of saving the environment, the globalist controllers are gradually, but forcefully removing our transportation choices. Personal automobiles will ultimately give way to public transportation, if they have their way. The existing highway structure will be revamped with major arteries being widened and tightly controlled under the NAFTA corridors, while other roads will be eliminated to facilitate the implementation of the Wildlands Project, a spine that is being built for wildlife to have room to roam, uninhibited from Mexico to the Yukon.

Human development in all areas, must be curtailed and greatly restricted to prevent us from further messing up the environment. That is the way these Marxists believe.

And sadly, most Americans have no idea what's being planned for them in the future.
