“Visioning” is the 21st Century art of enhanced propaganda science. “Envisioners” are also called “facilitators,” and are trained in consensus building, community manipulation, homeowner association strategies, land and watershed confiscation, corporate intention, and eco-non-profit and partnership-based community management - or, in other words, Communitarian Law.

Visioning facilitators are people trainers. They manipulate people into consensus mindsets who then willingly agree to pre-packaged outcomes, which are ultimately corporate or profit-based outcomes. And many, many facilitators have set up shop in each and every one of America’s communities. Facilitator/trainers come disguised as experts in land and community development, local government, non-profit human service, business development, environmental experts, and in community “partnerships.”

Envisioning facilitators set up community meetings, with pre-designed meeting agendas, and devise the necessary scenarios to convince local people to agree with pre-defined and pre-funded goals. Envisioning the people in this manner is called psychosocial engineering. Anyone who wants to know what they can do to make a difference in stopping the degradation of our liberty, need only to look to Wisconsin as an example for what can be done.

There are a lot of bad bills pending in Wisconsin, just as there are in other states.

However, a bill was introduced last year by Wisconsin state representative Marlin Schneider that serves as a step in the right direction. The act intends to ban "mandatory" chipping of individuals. Violators could be fined $10,000 a day.

While the language of the bill could be strengthened, it certainly sets an example for every other State of the union. I'll have more on the details of the language in a moment, including my model legislation that I think would be more effective.

In the meantime, it is my opinion that everyone in Wisconsin should support Assembly Bill 290 (pdf), with one exception: Legislators should amend the current bill to ban ALL HUMAN CHIPPING, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT IS "MANDATORY". Why do I believe it is important to outlaw even voluntary human chipping? The answer is really simple.

Under a system where humans are "allowed" to be microchipped, certain incentives can be extended to those who have the microchips, while others may become second-class citizens. If the law doesn't ban ALL HUMAN MICRO-CHIPPING, those who do not "volunteer" to get chipped, can be subjected to greater hassle at the airport, more difficulty in obtaining goods and services, etc.

In other words, they can make life so difficult for those who refuse to "volunteer", that it will force the majority to finally cave in and get the chip.

Keep in mind, they tell us that the income tax is "voluntary". Given how much people hate paying those federal, state, and city taxes, how is it that they get so many people to show up at the post office each year and "volunteer"? It's called "extortion" with a flag on the wall. Need I say more?

Given this example, it's expedient for Wisconsins to work to strengthen the language of Assembly Bill 290 to include ALL HUMANS, regardless of their willingness to get chipped. (Yes, we have to protect the stupid people.)

For those of us who don't live in Wisconsin, this is a great way to be proactive and get these bills passed in our states before the time comes that we find ourselves literally fighting for our lives against mandatory ID chipping and tracking.

As we've already witnessed with the National Animal Identification System all kinds of excuses can be made to justify the implanting of microchips. It's my opinion that the best defense against such a measure, is a good offense.

It's time to contact your state legislators and ask them to introduce legislation to permanently ban microchipping of ALL HUMANS in your state -- not just the mandatory chipping. We need legislation passed to ban ALL human microchipping in every state, and we need it NOW!

Below, please review the model legislation that I have created. I used some aspects of the Wisconsin act, and strengthened the language to the point where I believe it will be much more effective. I encourage suggestions on how the model legislation could be improved. For now, below is what I have and am encouraging people to submit to your state legislative leaders.


MODEL LEGISLATION:

THE ID PRIVACY PRESERVATION ACT

AN ACT to permanently ban the implanting of a microchip in a human.

The people of the state of ____________, do hereby enact as follows:

Section 1. No person may require a person to undergo the implanting of a microchip.

Section 2. No person may be allowed to undergo the implanting of a microchip.

Section 3. Any person violating Sections 1 or 2 shall be liable for, and subject to a fine of not less than $10,000 nor more than $20,000. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

Section 4. This act shall be effective immediately upon passage.

I read your essay on your website at www.warroom.com where you asked the question "Wasn't 9/11 Enough Reason?" You said, "We could say there were 2,792 reasons for the war in Iraq -- that's the number of dead as a result of the attacks. Then, of course, there are the wives, husbands and children affected by those 2,792 deaths.
Twenty seven hundred and ninety two people conducting business as usual -- killed. Certainly that should be justification enough."

Putting aside the fact that the administration is yet to prove any connection between the 9/11 "attacks" and the Hussein regime, and the fact that Iraq clearly possessed no weapons of mass destruction and wasn't a threat to anyone, your writing misses the point, entirely.

I suppose I am probably wasting my time by writing to you, because I really don't expect you to do your homework on 9/11. If you were going to do so, you probably would have already done it. You are more than likely quite content sitting beside your perverse partner as he shoots off his mouth the sewage of the administration's terrorism propaganda.

Before I continue, let me make it clear: I am neither republican nor democrat. It is my position that both parties are really two heads of the same diabolical beast.

Having stated that, I will also say that I cheered your partner when he did a wonderful job exposing the evils of the previous adminstration. Clinton was so unbelievably evil and traitorous, I voted for Bush in the 2000 "election" on the very remote chance that maybe he wouldn't be as massive a sellout as Clinton was. After that trainwreck of an administration, I contended that it couldn't get much worse.

Clearly and sadly, I was deadly wrong.

I am sorry to hear your partner Jim Quinn parroting the Bush adminstration's official line about 9/11 and terrorism. It is highly obvious to me that one of the following has to be the truth. Either:

1. Jim Quinn is incredibly stupid and doesn't know how to read and do research.

- or -

2. He fully knows that the administration is lying about 9/11 but believes that telling the truth would be detrimental to his career.

I know #1 isn't true, as I have heard the show and know how knowledgable he is. Therefore, I have to believe that Jim Quinn is a phony, a hypocrite, and a disinformer of the people. His advocating torture for suspected "terrorists" should be a wake-up call for anyone. ANYONE CAN BE LABELED A TERRORIST, ROSE! Did that thought ever occur to you? If you say the wrong thing, you can and will be labeled a terrorist.

Do I have to explain to you why we have a Constitutional protection against cruel and unusual punishment? People who are tortured will confess to anything. They will say anything just to get the pain to stop. So how can you endorse your partner's position on torturing "terrorist" suspects?

Will you do any research about 9/11? Read the following items and if you can continue supporting the official 9/11 story, then you are just as big a hypocrite and traitor as Jim Quinn.

While searching the "Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918", I discovered the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Guide to the Laws and Treaties of the United States for Protecting Migratory Birds, which lists the laws passed, beginning in the 1800s with the Lacey Act.

Most important find is a list of laws dealing with the "protection" of fish and wildlife and wetlands. It's a great reference resource. Each hyperlink contains a small description of the law and its purpose.

One reason we're supposed to rejoice at the pitter-patter of illegal feet is that foreigners are only coming here to "do jobs Americans won't do." It's one of those basic assumptions upon which the argument in favor of forgetting we have borders, a culture and laws rests, and even President Bush mentioned this "truth" while speaking about immigration reform recently. Our nation is falling to long laid plans.

We have been illegally taxed and bankrupted by the Federal Reserve Corporation for nearly 100 years, while “corporations” and their elite members have pocketed our tax dollars and overtaken nations and their natural resources.
