Just in case anyone was starting to question whether there could be any sanity left in the world, along come the Austrailian "scientists" to differentiate bovine flatulence from that of kangaroos.
It's remarkable what way too much free time and a lot of grant money will buy!
In this case, the analytical Aussies have determined that cow farts are damaging to the environment and contribute to this imaginery phenominon called "global warming". Of course, that isn't anything new. Nutcase enviro whack jobs have been fingering our mooing milk makers for destroying the ozone, using too much water resources, and contributing to the so-called "greenhouse" effect for years.
Never mind the fact that it is five degrees outside, as I type these words. Never mind that our local body shops are filled with wrecked vehicles from the icy and snow covered-roads which were the result of the second major storm so far this winter.
As they say in the news business: "Never let facts get in the way of a good story!" The show must go on, as the "science" is already bought.
Undeterred by cold and I do mean "cold" reality, the AFP reported last month the Aussie scientists are trying to isolate a type of bacteria in the stomachs of kangaroos, and transfer it to cows because they believe it will help the gassy bovines blow cleaner exhaust, and thereby slow down "global warming".
First, let's consider the possibilities of taking bacteria that is found in one animal, and implanting it into another where the bacteria isn't normally found. Should we really be playing around with bacteria in this way, transferring it into environments that are foreign to it? What could be the end result of such tampering with natural biological and bacterial processes? Will we see new diseases emerge from the interaction of the bacteria with other life forms already indigenous to the cow?
Furthermore, I would love to know who is funding this "research". What are their motives?
We know that "global warming" is a political theory that has never been proven scientifically, that is still very much argued against by many well-respected climate scientists. We know that climate alarmism is the necessary foundation for the world-wide carbon exchange market. We've already discussed how Ozone Albert, along with his partners in crime stand to gain massive profits from such a market. Can you say, "ulterior motives"?
How can anyone determine to what extent, if any, that removing the methane from a cow or sheep's rear winds could have on the environment? Isn't this problem being, ahem, "over-blown"?
The truth is such determinations are impossible to make. In fact, scientists cannot even agree that humans are causing a change in the environment! Cows and sheep are being demonized because they feed and clothe the humans. Anything that helps humans must be evil, because humans are so inherently bad to Gaia.
It would be easy to laugh at these people if they weren't so deadly serious. It would be easy to laugh if their agenda weren't so damning to our God-given freedoms.
Climate change is not a problem; it is a natural process. Global warming is nothing but a scare tactic to condition people into willingly becoming servants to large multi-national corporations, regional governing councils, neighborhood zoning codes, and the diet police. And if you ask this writer, there is nothing that stinks worse than that.
